Burgers on the Grill WITH AVOCADO RELISH |
| INGREDIENTS 1 lb Ground Beef ¼ cup Ketchup ¼ cup Onion finally chopped 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder ½ teaspoon Salt 4 Hamburger Buns - Split Optional - Lettuce Leaves and Tomato Slices DIRECTIONS 1) Combine the first six ingredients in a medium bowl; mix well. 2) Shape into four patties. Grill over medium coals for 4-5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. 3) Serve on buns; top with lettuce and tomato if desired. Avocado Relish INGREDIENTS 1 Ripe Avocado, peeled -- pitted and diced 1 teaspoon Red Onion -- diced 1 teaspoon Jalapeno -- seeded & minced 1 teaspoon Lime Juice -- fresh 1 teaspoon Chilantro -- chopped Salt & Pepper to Taste DIRECTIONS 1) In a non-corrosive bowl, combine ingredients. 2) Cover and refrigerate. 3) Return to room temperature before serving. |
